RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return goods, please email us your order number and the reason for the return, we will check the quality of the shoes and update you the location of the warehouse in US. Our email address is: contact@thefitville.com
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Return Fees
The customer will be responsible to send back the shoes to our warehouse for an exchange or a return. Due to the new relationship with the warehouse, FitVille charges $5 for each item that is being returned to the warehouse. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The shoes must also be in the original shoe box.
Cancellation
Cancellation is only possible before the product has been dispatched or produced. If the order is successfully canceled, you will receive your refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
