We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days (since shipping date), please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in the original condition. When you receive your shoes, we strongly suggest you try them on a clean, carpeted surface to confirm the correct size and style. Please keep in mind that shoes must be in the original, new condition in which you received them to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Kindly notice that item(s) ordered earlier than 30 days (according to FitVille shipping dates) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers will need to ship the items to our warehouse in the US. Returns/exchanges usually will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your package. Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) within 48 hours. If you want to exchange for a different size or width, please allow ample time for the new item to arrive.


There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours or before the item is shipped out.

Any cancellation for orders placed on our website over 24 hours will incur a 15% handling fee (Credit Card Fee & Restocking Fee). Ordered items already shipped out cannot be cancelled.

Refund All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges on your original order is non-refundable.
