RETURN POLICY

1. Cancellation

Unfortunately, we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. To cancel your orders that have not been shipped out, please contact our customer service team via contact@thefitville.com.

2. 30 Days Exchange/Return

We guarantee 30 days Exchange & Return upon receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address, please kindly notice that customer will need to cover the sending back cost.

4. Processing Time
