RETURN POLICY

How Long Do I Have to Make a Return?

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your items to return them. Please ensure your return packages are postmarked within this 30-day window. Returns initiated or postmarked after 30 days will not be accepted, and refunds may not be processed.

How Can I Make a Return?

1. Register Your Return:

  • Email us at contact@thefitville.com to register your return. We typically respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.

2.Prepare Your Package:

  • Ensure your items are in a clean and unused condition. Pack them securely in the original internal packaging.

3. Ship It:

  • Drop off your package at the post office at your convenience and email us with the return tracking code.

What Happens Next?

  • We will process your refund within 2-3 business days after receiving your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the return is completed.

Will I Be Charged a Return Shipping Fee?

  • Yes, customers are responsible for sending packages to the local warehouse.

Which Items Are Eligible for Return?

  • Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn.

Important Notes:

  • Do not send items to the address on the package label, as this may result in loss.
  • Ensure non-FitVille items are not included in your return package; we will not be responsible for returning these items to you.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation is only possible before the product has been dispatched or produced. If the order is successfully canceled, you will receive your refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped. Please do not reject the package, as it may cause a loss during transfer to the local warehouse.
