RETURN POLICY

1. Cancellation

We only accept order cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase.

2. 14 Days Exchange/Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. Please kindly notice we are going to deduct 15% for credit card payment and handling fee. Upon receiving the product, we will send you a new item for free or issue your refund. The shipping cost of the exchange/return shall be covered by the customer.

NOTICE: If the products are sent with the wrong size/width/color, we will cover the shipping cost for the return. As for the refund, we are going to withdraw 15% of the purchase amount for the Payment & Handling fee.

3. Returns Process

4. Processing Time

For exchanges/returns, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 1-2 business days, upon receiving your item back and also depending on stock availability.
