Unfortunately, we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. To cancel your orders that have not been shipped out, please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. 30 Days Exchange/Return
We guarantee 30 days Exchange & Return upon receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
