Yes — credit expires 12 months after it's earned. Credit is expired and used on a first in, first out basis, so the credit closest to expiring is always the first to be spent when you redeem. You can view your upcoming expiry dates on your dashboard.
Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.
If you return a purchase, the credit you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday credit will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it.
No, unfortunately credit cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
