2. How long does it take to deliver?
On average it takes 7-15 business days for the order to arrive. the item is probably fine. I have extremely high arches and large feet. the top strap can't connect so I can't wear them
When measuring my foot and using the sizing chart, it indicated that I should be a size 7.5, so I ordered the 7-7.5 size. To my surprise, they were way too long such that the arch support didn't line up right. I exchanged them easily and got the next size down, which was 6-6.5 and they are perhaps a bit too small. They basically just fit with very little wiggle room so if I'm in a hurry I sometimes step on the edge and that doesn't feel good! I got a blister the first time I wore them, but I put a bandaid on and wore them a couple more times and the hot spots have simmered down. Overall, I'd say I'm disappointed in the sizing and break-in time, but I think they'll work ok for casual use when I don't feel like wearing sneakers.
